"Working in a welcoming and fun environment and having an excellent and supportive staff ensures for a great day."
I am thrilled to have been a part of the Tooth Doctor’s team since the very first patient walked through our doors. As a Certified Level II Dental Assistant, I find my job rewarding, challenging and versatile and love coming home with the feeling of fulfilment after a day of helping our patients. My main goal is to keep up with the constantly advancing dental field through continued education so I can strive toward helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.
I am a busy mom and wife, but enjoy my short drive in to the office as I have been a resident of Alliston for over 9 years.
After recently graduating from Georgian college as a Certified level II Dental Assistant, I am overjoyed to be a part of the Tooth Doctor’s family! I have always known a career in the dental field was for me as nothing is more rewarding than a great smile. I love my job and meeting new patients everyday. You’ll often find me assisting in restorative procedures and lending a hand in orthodontics. I have been a resident of Barrie my whole life but seized the opportunity to make a small commute to Alliston everyday, a town in which I am enjoying and finding very welcoming.
In my free time I enjoy being with friends and family. When I’m not spending time at the Tooth Doctor's, you can find me relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea!
I have been in the dental field for over 15 years. I started my journey as a Level II dental assistant graduating from Cambrian College. After a few years of 'real world' assisting, I felt I wanted to further my education and decided to go back to school for Dental Hygiene. I graduated from Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Aux. in 2005. In September 2013 I completed the Dental Hygiene Orthodontic program at George Brown. I enjoy dividing my time providing Dental Hygiene services and orthodontic treatment to our patients. I started my journey with the Tooth Doctor’s in 2011 before my last maternity leave. I spend as much time as possible with my two beautiful boys, Lucas 5 and Mason 3. I enjoy offering the very best in patient care and deliver it in a relaxed atmosphere.
I've been with the Tooth Doctors team since 2012. As dental hygienist, not only do I provide regular periodontal (gum) maintenance to our patients, but I am also a Registered Restorative Dental Hygienist. I am certified to both aid Dr. Wong in certain restorative procedures and all orthodontic care. You will often find me working along side Dr. Wong helping him create beautiful smiles!
I am a recent graduate from the Georgian College School of Health and Wellness with an Advanced Diploma in Dental Hygiene. I am very excited to be starting my career at The Tooth Doctors with such a great team to work with and wonderful patients! I look forward to expanding my knowledge of all things oral health through continuing education so I can help our patients realize their oral health goals. I have lived in Angus for 10 years and am familiar with the Alliston area. I enjoy spending my time with my husband, Colin, and our little girl, Lily, as well as our dog and two cats. I have always been a “people person” and am really enjoying getting to know our patients!
